A smart place to start

This is a decent book. Tobias' main purpose is that you just have to be compelled to begin saving 100% of your income, and he additionally provides recommendation on ways that to chop prices and where you'll place your cash. I gave the book four stars rather than 5 as a result of i do not trust ALL of his recommendation, for instance I don't believe in buying rental properties (too massive of a headache), and that i assume that home equity loans are a foul plan. apart from that, a good book.
